Mr. Nevins graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2003 and from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2006.
He started his legal career in New York representing the insurance carriers and self-insureds before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. While enjoying a successful career defending carriers and self-insureds, Mr. Nevins came to realize that representing injured workers in fighting for their rights and benefits was more his calling. As such, since 2012 he vigorously represents claimants, fighting for their benefits before the Board.
Mr. Nevins was admitted to the Bar of the State of California in 2006 and to the Bar of the State of New York in 2007.
